Delivery Charges

All orders will be subject to a carriage charge dependent upon location, we deliver to UK mainland, UK, off shore and internationally. Delivery charges will differ and are visible at the checkout stage, if you are unsure about our charges and locations please contact our sales office for accurate pricing.

Delivery Dates & Times

We will always strive to deliver any stocked item ordered via our website within 1 working day of order (2 to Scotland). Some product ranges may however take up to 10 working days to deliver, please enquire with our sales office on 0800 130 3646 for accurate lead times before placing your order.

We regret that timed deliveries cannot be given. Deliveries will be made between 8.00am & 5.30pm Monday to Friday although if required special provision can be made at extra charge for express next day delivery or for a Saturday AM delivery.

Delivery Tickets

All materials must be signed for when they arrive on site, we would politely request that you sign and clearly print your name, therefore in the unlikely event of a delivery discrepancy we will have a person to contact by name.

Delivery Errors

We would politely ask that you check that you have received the correct goods and that all items are in good condition while the delivery person is still present, in the unlikely event that damage has occurred to your goods please accept the goods (please don’t return to sender) and mark this clearly on the delivery persons paperwork and contact our offices as soon as possible on 0800 130 3646. Failure to mark the delivery persons paperwork correctly may result in claims for damages not being honoured.

Delivery Vehicle

The delivery vehicle size may differ due to the goods and quantity ordered, please ensure you contact us with any site access restrictions at the time of placing your order, goods will be delivered as close as possible to the property whilst remaining on a hard standing surface.

Hand Off Loading

Drivers will not hand off load goods which are palletised.


Returns procedure

Returns are accepted by Metex Online Ltd within 28 days of original purchase date and should be sent with a copy of the original ‘proof of purchase’. The customer should contact Metex for return authorisation before returning goods. The customer is liable to organise the return carrier or postal service and for the cost of the return. Goods should be returned in original packaging in 100% resaleable condition to:

Refunds policy

Goods will be inspected within 3 days of their return and, provided they are in 100% resaleable condition, a refund via original payment method will be processed within a further 2 working days.

The inspection and refund may take up to 5 working days after return has been received to fully process.

Returns acceptance

Due to the nature of all Rat Blocker products and the installation environment, we are unable to accept any returns where units have been fitted into a drainage system and subsequently removed, repackaged and returned. All units are fitted with a UV bacteria warning label which allows us to detect installation. Returned units that have been fitted pose a serious health and safety risk to humans due to bacteria present in faeces and we are, unfortunately, unable to refund monies for units that have been installed.
